October: Boise, Cross Country and Halloween

Dagny attended her first Middle School Rec night. They have several activities to attend after school. They were able to wear costumes. Dagny is a Pirate girls. She is showing off her painted Frankenstein pumpkin.

Apple picking for 4-H, the pumpkins were totally picked over. In Idaho you picked your own produce for discount prices, because you were poor. In NY you pay extra to pick your own produce for "the experience".

We were in charge of the 4-H project on October 28. We made different kinds of slime and did a Frankenstien relay race - all in costumes.

Track or Treat at the Harness Racing Museum and track in Goshen, NY. Since the Great Depression they have been hosting the community to hot dogs, candy and horse activities (including horse hand painting).
